Deitch projects was pleased to present a photograph from VBGDW, a project by Vanessa Beecroft in the gallery's 26 Wooster Street space.
Vanessa Beecroft's work involves the extension of the issues of painting into the realm of the performative. VBGDW lies in the gap between real life and fiction, life and painting.
The opening of VBGDW also celebrated the release of VB 08-36, a book on Vanessa's live events, published by Cantz.
